Remodeling Process
1. In Home Consultation
Schedule an on-site visit to assess the space, discuss the client’s vision, and gather necessary measurements.
2. Design Presentation and Retainer Agreement
Present initial design concepts to for client to choose from, gather feedback, and secure the retainer agreement to proceed with detailed planning.
3. Integration of Design To Client's Home
Adjust the design to suit the client’s space and aesthetic suggestions made during the presentation, ensuring alignment with their preferences and requirements.
4. Design Finalization and Project Planning
Present finalized designs alongside a detailed project bid, outlining costs, timelines, and scope of work.
5. Structural Engineering Analysis
We assess the building’s structure, design blueprints for changes, ensure safety and code compliance, and recommend reinforcements for stability. Our goal is to integrate functionality and aesthetics seamlessly into remodeling plans.
6. Material Collection
We will order and procure the materials selected by the client during the design planning phase.
7. City Approval Process
If required for the project, we will assess the current architectural design of the home/business and devise a new set of construction plans to fit the city requirements.
8. Remodeling Initialization
This step involves site preparation, demolition of unwanted structures, and addressing structural changes. Utilities like plumbing and electrical systems are adjusted to align with the approved remodeling plans.
The final phase focuses on executing the remodeling plans, including structural work, framing, and installing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. It also includes drywall installation, flooring, cabinetry, and finishing touches to complete the project.
